Front Row helps companies get answers. Do you have questions. Every company does. Questions associated with clients, your products, competitor’s, buying decisions, opportunities, issues, performance and so many more. I’m sure right now you could think of hundreds of items of information that you would like to have to help you make better decisions. Much of the information you are looking for is associated with your customer facing employees, your mobile workers, your sales reps those people in your company that are out in the world. Unfortunately this information from those mobile workers is often the most difficult information to get. Often those workers are not compelled to provide that information, your CRM or ERP system is too difficult, inflexible or time consuming to use. What Front Row does is help you get answers, we work with you to help you get the information from the field that you need to make better decisions.
Front Row solutions has developed a series of apps that is fast, easy, secure and fun to use. To start, we work with you to create a number of questions, those questions could be about any kind of information that you need ( every company is different) and can be in any combination of multiple choice, multiple answer, true/false, sliding scale, 1 to 10, free text, numeric, alpha numeric, net promotion score, etc. You could even have several sets of questions depending on opportunities or customer types or next steps. These questions could be answered by selecting preloaded answers off a list, or typing, or voice to text or sliding a scale or selecting options. Every company has the option of changing questions whenever they want, even every day and they can do it themselves or we can do it for them and there is no charge for these changes.
Once we have the questions created we load them onto each mobile workers device along with an assignment list, if there is not one, not every company has or needs an assignment list to start, and the system is ready to go. The mobile worker can now after every customer interaction open the Front Row app find or create a client and answer the questions created for them. This whole process takes between 15 and 60 seconds and the mobile worker moves on to the next customer interaction. 5 seconds after the questions have been answered the information is available to all designated people for review. In addition Front Row provides dashboards and reports (both standard and customized) where the information is compiled or integration into any CRM, ERP or Analytics system
After a customer interaction a mobile worker completes and submits a report, a form or a data sheet. The information from these customer interactions is sent to the Front Row servers. Reports, forms or data sheets can be sent by our smart phone app (compatible with BlackBerry, iPhone, iPad and Android devices), over mobile internet site, or by computer (logging into the Front Row home page). Companies can use one method of message delivery, or a combination, whichever is easiest and most effective for their business. Mobile workers can typically send in information in 30 seconds or lees
When the message hits the FrontRow Server we:
- Identify the mobile worker that sent the message
- Identify the client that was called on
- Date and time stamp the message
- Populate the information into the customized dashboard (More)
- Populate the client database with all critical information from that visit, adding to the historical database for that client
- Populate a mobile worker analytics database
This whole process takes less than 5 seconds after the information has been received by our servers!
Once the information sent by mobile workers has been compiled, the management team has access to real time call metrics and updates including: (Lead Indicators)
- Time of day that all customer interactions were made by
- Which clients were visited
- Activity level by each mobile worker
- The selling hours
- Time spent on selling, administration, phone calls, etc
- Benchmarking information by employee, district and region
- Purpose, result and follow up date for every customer interaction
